Welcome to Penhale Quantock
Penhale Quantock Limited are a precision injection moulding company based in Somerset, England with 25 years experience serving a range of industries including medical, agricultural, M.O.D, Electrical and with specialist input in polycarbonate lighting enclosures which we manufacture in-house and import.
We provide a service covering the spectrum of production processes from inexpensive vacuum formed prototypes through to full production injection moulding, as well as sub-assembly service, injection moulding tooling and CAD design.

Injection Moulding
We are able to injection mould thermoplastics from 1g to 1250g. We are specialists in injection moulding polycarbonates but we also injection mould several different materials such as rubbers and nylons. We have the capability to do insert moulding, post moulding and assembly operations in-house.

Polycarbonate Lighting Enclosures
We injection mould in-house a range of polycarbonate lighting enclosures, from standard bulkheads such as the Midi-Lite base and diffusers to the Horizon base that is a more versatile polycarbonate lighting enclosure in various colours with additional trims to enhance the appearance, as well as importing polycarbonate lighting enclosures from Europe.

Vacuum Forming
We have the facility to produce a range of vacuum formed products. We currently produce diffusers from Clear Prismatic Polycarbonate for our own Galaxy and Horizon ranges as well as items for our other customers.

Tool Room and CAD Design
We offer CAD design to help with all designs and also offer tool room facilities that cater for proto-types through to full injection moulding tools. |
